SOP: DTI Stain Remover Application

Standard Operating Procedure for using DTI Stain Remover to treat stubborn floor stains, including circular spray application, 15-minute dwell time, and multi-pass scrubber technique with Orange and Blue SmartFloor pads.

Application Procedure

  1. Identify and secure the area. Locate the problem area and secure the perimeter before beginning any treatment.
  2. Apply DTI Stain Remover. Spray the product in a circular motion, misting evenly across the stained area. Allow the product to react with the stain for 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the scrubber — Orange pads. Equip the scrubber with DTI Orange SmartFloor Pads and DTI Pro MC2+ cleaner.
  4. First scrubbing pass. After the 15-minute dwell time, run the scrubber over the area. Complete 10 passes using the DTI Orange SmartFloor Pads.
  5. Switch to Blue pads and finish. Once the stain has dissipated, equip the scrubber with DTI SmartFloor Blue Pads and Pro MC2+ cleaner. Run 10–15 passes along the treated area and throughout the warehouse.
