Do you charge for estimates or site assessments?
No. Site assessments and written estimates are free. Every estimate includes the full system specification — surface prep method, system build-up, and scope — so you can compare bids on equal terms.

What is the typical installation timeline?
Most projects run from a few days to two weeks depending on square footage, surface preparation needs, and the system specified. Fast-turnaround systems like urethane cement and MMA can return floors to service in 24-48 hours.
Can you work around our production schedule?
