We are looking for someone who can confidently lead a concrete polishing crew, communicate clearly, stay organized in the field, and help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to DTI's quality standards.

When a ride-on grinder goes down in the middle of a 40,000 square foot pour, or a service truck doesn't start at 5 a.m., a crew sits idle and a client's schedule slips. Keeping the fleet running is the reason projects finish on the date we promised. You'll split your time between DTI's own trucks and flooring equipment and outside work we take in for other contractors and fleet owners — diesel and gas both come through the bay.

Laborers and installers handle prep and application; the Finisher runs the final coat, the decorative work, and the quality sign-off.
