Diverse Technology Industrial, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Supervisor for our Concrete Polishing Division. Mechanic – Diesel & Gas

    • Pay: $28–$36 per hour, based on experience and certifications
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday day shift, with occasional Saturday or after-hours coverage
    • Travel: Shop-based in Tracy, CA (100 W Valpico Rd, Suite D) with occasional service calls to Stockton and Sacramento

DTI runs on equipment. When a ride-on grinder goes down in the middle of a 40,000 square foot pour, or a service truck doesn't start at 5 a.m., a crew sits idle and a client's schedule slips. Keeping the fleet running is the reason projects finish on the date we promised. You'll split your time between DTI's own trucks and flooring equipment and outside work we take in for other contractors and fleet owners — diesel and gas both come through the bay.

    Industrial Flooring Estimator

    • Pay: $25–$50 per hour, based on experience level
    • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday business hours, with deadline-driven flexibility around bid due dates
    • Travel: In-office in Tracy, CA (100 W Valpico Rd, Suite D) with occasional site visits across the Central Valley and Northern California

DTI wins work on spec-first, price-second. That only holds up if the number behind the proposal is right. This role owns the estimating process end to end: you take a project from an RFP or plan set to a bid package a client can sign, accurately enough that the number holds all the way through the job.

Epoxy & Concrete Polishing Laborer / Installer

    • Pay: $23–$28 per hour, based on experience
    • Schedule: Full-time, flexible — mostly daytime with some night shifts to keep client facilities operational
    • Travel: Based out of Tracy, CA, with crew travel to jobsites across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, including overnight and multi-day trips

A polished floor or an epoxy system doesn't get installed by machines alone. It gets installed by a crew that shows up on time, preps the slab right, runs the grinders and applies the coating to spec, and keeps the jobsite clean while doing it. That crew is DTI's product as much as the material is. This is a hands-on floor installation role — most jobs are local to the Central Valley, but a meaningful part of the work travels, always as a crew, never alone.

    Epoxy & Concrete Polishing Finisher

    • Pay: $28–$45 per hour, based on experience
    • Schedule: Full-time, flexible — mostly daytime with some night shifts to keep client facilities operational
    • Travel: Based out of Tracy, CA, with crew travel to jobsites across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas, including overnight and multi-day trips

Prep and application get a floor most of the way there. The finish is what the client actually sees, and it's the part that either holds up under forklift traffic for the next ten years or starts showing problems in year two. Laborers and installers handle prep and application; the Finisher runs the final coat, the decorative work, and the quality sign-off. You're the one deciding whether a floor meets spec before DTI's name goes on it.
