DTI serves industrial and commercial flooring projects in Oklahoma City. Automotive service, light industrial and warehouse floors are the work we are typically brought in for, often on schedules that give us a single day.
Brakes Plus, Oklahoma City. A new automotive maintenance and repair facility with a fresh slab, needing to be sealed and jointed before the shop opened the following morning.
DTI specified a clean-and-seal system with joint fill. Where a slab is new and sound, that is often the right answer, and specifying more than a floor needs is how flooring budgets get spent without buying anything.
Two installers completed 3,500 SF and 560 LF of joint fill in one day, with vacuum collection during sawcutting to keep the shop clean. The floor took foot traffic and equipment within two hours of the sealer going down.
