The project ran on a fast-cure schedule and was coordinated directly with the general contractor to meet a national brand's finish standard, which on a retail rollout is not negotiable and not open to interpretation.
Retail rollout work is unforgiving in a specific way: the finish has to match what the brand has approved everywhere else, and the opening date does not move. Both are scheduling problems as much as flooring problems.
